At Screen With Envy, we’re committed to providing beautiful, durable products that elevate your space. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on most standard items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Custom-made or bespoke items are non-refundable, unless faulty
To initiate a return, please email hello@screenwithenvy.co.uk with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
If your return is rejected (due to damage, use, or missing components), we may be unable to issue a full refund.
Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Installation Disclaimer
Please inspect your product before booking any third-party installers. Screen With Envy is not liable for costs incurred due to installation delays or errors related to product issues not reported in advance.
