What is it made of?
This trellis is made of advanced composite material that means no cracking, splintering or rotting, and most importantly NO MAINTENANCE!
It is also coated with a protective UV coating, it will not fade with daily exposure to sunlight. The coating also protects it against mud and other outdoor messes that can mar its appearance. It is impermeable to water, soil or any stains that it might end up with from outdoor living. Use a wet sponge or hose to have it looking brand new.
What thickness do I need?
All of our trellises come in 2 thicknesses. If you need a freestanding trellis, then take the 16mm option. If you want to attach the screen to a surface, then take the thinner 5mm version. Our 16mm thick trellis is perfect for creating a freestanding trellis for the top of fences or attached to the back of planters. Our 5mm screens are perfect as cladding. They are designed to be simply drilled onto outdoor surfaces to hide unsightly fences or boring walls. If you are not sure about which thickness is best for your project - simply open the chat window and ask us! We would be delighted to help you work out which is best for your project.

How to install
The Alhambra trellis can be installed against any surface - brickwork or a fence panel are both suitable. As it is a wood composite you can install it as you would do wood with either screws or u-clips, there is no need to buy special fixings for this product.
You can also attach it to the back of a planter so that it stands upright to make a stunning addition to your planters, without the need for special fixings. Simply drill screws into the sides or use u-clips to keep it secure.

Yes, all of our composite screens can be cut to fit any area. The internal material itself it titally weatherproof, so cutting them to size will not affect their longevity outdoors.

If your order is not suitable, returns can be arranged in line with our UK returns policy, provided items are returned unused and within the specified return period.

We offer FREE UK delivery when you spend over £180. For International Orders, please contact the Sales Team for a quotation. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described. Please note that our warehouse is closed from 24th December - 5th January. Orders placed during this period will be dispatched from 6th January
HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
To return your items, please follow these steps:
- Before returning any goods, you will need to contact customer service and quote your order reference number and details of the item to be returned. Any item returned should be unused and in its original condition, including packaging.
- Once your return is received, we will then arrange a replacement or process a refund depending on your requirements.
With a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to notify us, and you have an additional 14 days to return, covering return postage unless faulty, while faulty goods qualify for a refund, repair, or replacement.
