What thickness do I need?
If you want to attach the screen to a surface, then take the thinner 5mm version. Our 5mm screens are perfect as cladding. They are designed to be simply drilled onto outdoor surfaces to hide unsightly fences or boring walls. If you are not sure about which thickness is best for your project - simply open the chat window and ask us! We would be delighted to help you work out which is best for your project.

We offer FREE 3 working days delivery across the whole of the UK. Simply place your order before 3pm and if your order is in stock, it will be dispatched the 1-5 day.
We offer a 14-day no questions asked returns policy. If the product isn't right for you, simply let us know and we will let you know how to start the returns process.
Can I paint them?
Yes, absolutely! However, they will lose their "zero maintenance" aspect once you paint them, as they will need ongoing painting, as all painted products outside do!
Can I cut them to size?
Yes, all of our composite screens can be cut to fit any area. The internal material itself it totally weatherproof, so cutting them to size will not affect their longevity outdoors.

Because our products can be cut and drilled and do not expand and contract with changes in the weather, you can simply drill them into any surface. Your fences, brick walls, wooden batons or pergolas - the applications are endless!

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We offer FREE UK delivery when you spend over £180. For International Orders, please contact the Sales Team for a quotation. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described. Please note that our warehouse is closed from 24th December - 5th January. Orders placed during this period will be dispatched from 6th January
HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
To return your items, please follow these steps:
- Before returning any goods, you will need to contact customer service and quote your order reference number and details of the item to be returned. Any item returned should be unused and in its original condition, including packaging.
- Once your return is received, we will then arrange a replacement or process a refund depending on your requirements.
With a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to notify us, and you have an additional 14 days to return, covering return postage unless faulty, while faulty goods qualify for a refund, repair, or replacement.

We accept credit/debit cards through WorldPay. All transactions are processed securely. No card details are stored on our system.
