Screen With Envy designs purpose built posts for our 16mm or Cortenscreens. They have a perfect sized-channel in the side of the posts, which our screens just slot right into.
WHAT ARE THEY MADE OF?
Made of weathering steel, or sometimes known as CORTEN, this garden screen is made of premium materials. It requires virtually no maintenance and rather than be vulnerable to rust, the rusting process makes it stronger and more beautiful as time passes. Designed to be outside in the rain for up to 25 years.
WHAT SURFACES DO THEY WORK ON?
ANY! No, really. The cool thing about our posts is that they come with fixings (drilling) for hard surfaces and for setting into cement.
WILL THEY WORK FOR ME?
Yes, certainly. They are the most flexible posts on the market, built for any surface, and dead easy to use. We think they are a stunning addition to our screens and give a seamless, polished look.
WHAT IF I WANT TO USE THE SCREENS HORIZONTALLY?
It is a great idea. Many clients use our large screens horizontally to give a half heightboarder and we offer half height posts, here, to cater for exactly this kind of project.
DO I NEED TO BUY ANYTHING ELSE?
No, we cannot stand DIY products where you have to buy multiple complicated add ons like post caps, base plates or screws. If you order our posts you will get everything you need to finish your project. Simple.
DO I NEED TO BE AN AVID DIYer?
No, not at all. We designed them for people like ourselves. We are not hardcode fencing enthusiasts. We just happen to like beautiful screens. All you need to do is slide the screens into the purpose built channels and you are pretty much done. Of course, you are welcome to call us at any point and we can walk you through installation.
