What's included?
Your gate comes with the following pieces to make installation simple
- 1 x Premium powder-coated aluminium gate frame
- 2 x Wall-mounted hinges
- 1 x Floor-mounted hinge
- 1 x Lock
- 1 x Lock keep
Do I need to buy anything else?
No! The gate comes with everything needed to mount it between two hard surfaces. The gate is also fully compatible with our posts, so if you are using the gate as part of a "run" of Screen With Envy fences or screens the hinges will attach directly into the post channels of your Screen With Envy posts.
If you are using the gate "stand-alone" in the case where there is no wall to mount the gates you can use our matching aluminium posts which can either be drilled onto a hard surface or set in concrete.

All orders are dispatched are dipatched within 24 hours. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss any adjustments to your order.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We offer FREE UK delivery when you spend over £180. For International Orders, please contact the Sales Team for a quotation. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described. Please note that our warehouse is closed from 24th December - 5th January. Orders placed during this period will be dispatched from 6th January
HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
To return your items, please follow these steps:
- Before returning any goods, you will need to contact customer service and quote your order reference number and details of the item to be returned. Any item returned should be unused and in its original condition, including packaging.
- Once your return is received, we will then arrange a replacement or process a refund depending on your requirements.
With a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to notify us, and you have an additional 14 days to return, covering return postage unless faulty, while faulty goods qualify for a refund, repair, or replacement.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We accept credit/debit cards through WorldPay. All transactions are processed securely. No card details are stored on our system.
