Understanding EVRI Tracking: when will Evri deliver my parcel?

Tracking your parcel's delivery progress offers peace of mind and transparency throughout its journey. At each stage of transit, you can monitor its whereabouts, ensuring you stay informed until it reaches your doorstep. Once your parcel arrives at the delivery depot, the tracking status will update to "out for delivery," accompanied by an expected delivery time (ETAs) set by EVRI.

The ETAs are determined by EVRI each morning, considering the optimal route for delivering your parcel. You'll receive a one-hour delivery slot during which the driver will attempt delivery. In case the delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will make up to three separate attempts on different days. If the delivery is not successful, the driver will leave a card 8 digit calling card number.

Instead of waiting all day for your parcel, you have the option to request your courier to deliver it to a friendly neighbor or a designated safe place. This can be easily managed through the tracking number. Simply navigate to the "Not going to be in" section and select "Change delivery option." With EVRI, you can opt to have your parcel delivered to a neighbour, and subsequently choose the specific neighbour's address.

Alternatively, if you prefer having your parcel delivered to a designated safe place, we recommend creating an account with EVRI. By registering here: Evri Account, you gain the ability to specify your preferred safe location and even upload a photo for clarity. This streamlined process enhances delivery efficiency, as EVRI will have a record of your safe place for future deliveries. This can prevent multiple delivery attempts and expedite the delivery of your orders.

You can redirect your parcel right up to the moment the courier arrives at your doorstep. At that point, the courier receives an update instructing them to change the delivery address to your chosen neighbor or safe location.

Feel free to adjust your delivery preference as often as you like. However, it's important to note that the courier will only be notified of the most recent preference selected before attempting delivery, so ensure you've selected the correct option.

You can only select one delivery preference at a time, whether it's a neighbor's address or a safe place. It's not possible to choose both simultaneously.

In the event that your plans change, and you'll be available at home for the delivery, no action is required. The courier will always attempt delivery at the original address first before considering alternative options like delivering to a neighbour or safe place. So, if you're home, you'll still receive your parcel as expected, even if a diversion has been set up.

Please note that diversions are not guaranteed. While the courier will make every effort to accommodate your request, there may be instances where it's not feasible

By leveraging these options and technologies provided by EVRI, you can ensure a smoother delivery experience, minimizing the hassle of missed deliveries and enhancing convenience for both you and the courier.
