What thickness do I need?
All of our screens come in 2 thicknesses. Our 5mm screens are perfect as cladding. They are designed to be simply drilled onto outdoor surfaces to hide unsightly fences or boring walls. If you are not sure about which thickness is best for your project - simply open the chat window and ask us! We would be delighted to help you work out which is best for your project.
Please note the 5mm screens are not compatible with our posts.
Can I paint them?
Yes, absolutely! However, they will lose their "zero maintenance" aspect once you paint them, as they will need ongoing painting, as all painted products outside do!
Can I cut them to size?
Yes, all of our composite screens can be cut to fit any area. The material itself is totally weatherproof, so cutting them to size will not affect their longevity outdoors.

These decorative garden screens are manufactured from weather-resistant composite material designed for reliable outdoor use in typical UK conditions, including rain, moisture, and seasonal temperature changes are UV-protected to help reduce colour fading over time.
Unlike untreated timber, the composite construction helps resist warping, rotting, and ongoing maintenance, making the screens a low-maintenance privacy solution for UK gardens, patios, and boundary walls.
Installation & compatibility
The 5 mm screen thickness is intended primarily for decorative surface mounting, such as fixing to existing fences, walls, pergolas, or garden structures.
This makes the panels ideal for fence enhancement, wall cladding, and visual privacy screening where a lightweight decorative finish is preferred.
For freestanding or post-supported installations, thicker structural screen options (16MM) are recommended.
Fixings and installation methods may vary depending on the surface, so professional guidance should be followed where required.

Delivery & returns
We provide reliable UK delivery, with dispatch within 24 hours once your order has been placed and delivered by Fedex within 3 working days.
If your order is not suitable, returns can be arranged in line with our UK returns policy, provided items are returned unused and within the specified return period.

For freestanding or post-supported garden screening, our 16 mm structural screens used with compatible posts are recommended, as they provide the strength required for independent outdoor installation.
Do I need planning permission for garden screens in the UK?
In many cases, decorative screens within normal fence height limits do not require planning permission, but local regulations should always be checked.

All orders are dispatched are dipatched within 24 hours. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss any adjustments to your order.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We offer FREE UK delivery when you spend over £180. For International Orders, please contact the Sales Team for a quotation. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described. Please note that our warehouse is closed from 24th December - 5th January. Orders placed during this period will be dispatched from 6th January
HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
To return your items, please follow these steps:
- Before returning any goods, you will need to contact customer service and quote your order reference number and details of the item to be returned. Any item returned should be unused and in its original condition, including packaging.
- Once your return is received, we will then arrange a replacement or process a refund depending on your requirements.
With a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to notify us, and you have an additional 14 days to return, covering return postage unless faulty, while faulty goods qualify for a refund, repair, or replacement.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We accept credit/debit cards through WorldPay. All transactions are processed securely. No card details are stored on our system.
