Deliveries
All orders are delivered by trusted delivery partners who specialise in oversized items. Unlike many other companies, we offer Free Standard Delivery in the United Kingdom with no minimum order value which typically takes 2 - 5 business days.
Please note that we only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or any other UK islands with our standard delivery services. Please contact us for more information if you live in these areas and would like to order where a surcharge will apply.
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and delivery address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Should they need to be different we may call you to confirm your delivery address.
Unfortunately we can’t stop an order once it is is being processed by us due to the volume of orders we take and our internal picking and dispatch processes. If you change your mind about your order after this point you can reject delivery or return the Products to us in accordance with our returns policy. Please note if you reject your delivery you will be charged for the cost of shipping the item back to us and this will be deducted from your refund when the items arrive back to us.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email. This will contain tracking details. Please be aware that the tracking details may take up to 12 hours to update with the courier.
You can see our live stock on our website. Normally we dispatch in-stock orders within 24 - 48 hours (depending on the item specifics). We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the United Kingdom there is a limited range of delivery services available, particularly for oversized items, and we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but please note that there may be a slight delay in processing orders and returns in peak sale periods.
Screen With Envy deliveries are not currently made by our own vans, a third party is used – usually TNT, DHL, Hermes / Evri, PDX or Yodel. Any delays that may occur that lead to customers incurring costs, TSDES Trading Limited accepts no liability for. We advise you only book in Landscapers / Tools / Hire Equipment / labour once you are in full receipt of your goods. If you advance hire / book in labour and your delivery is delayed, TSDES Trading Limited accepts no liability for any incurred cost.
If you can see some of the delivery has arrived damaged, we ask you to sign for it as “damaged” on arrival. You must then also notify us within 5 days of this to arrange collection or replacement of the damaged items. Failure to do so within this period of time means we are unable to proceed with a claim from our couriers and any replacements or refunds will then be at our discretion.
Polite requests
Customers are expected to sign for goods, but our delivery partners can also accommodate contactless delivery if preferred. Please be aware, however, that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example, an office address that has been provided for delivery.
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Please note that larger orders will be shipped on pallets to your house. Our pallet delivery partner will call you to schedule a time and day to suit you to deliver your order.
During the sales period, your order may experience a slight delay. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be with you.
Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery and inform us promptly of any damage so that we can take this up with the courier.
